“CRL were very proactive and positive in addressing the initial site set up challenges, as well as subsequent Client queries and requests throughout the project. English Heritage naturally has high standards for working on our properties and we believe CRL provided a satisfactory project that ran to budget and was completed on time. Overall it was thought that CRL’s approach and efficiency throughout the project was of a consistently good standard that reflected their understanding of the delicate and significant nature of the works.”
“CRL’s workmanship was of the highest quality as you would expect working on a nationally important site, they worked to deliver a zero defect project in close co-operation with EH Curatorial staff and Heritage Architect. The contractor was a good team player and was always collaborative and positive in their approach to working with the client and design team. The contractor demonstrated a strong understanding of building conservation and appropriate methodology relevant to the scope of repairs.”
